Carroll Refrigeration Products Security Policy

Carroll Refrigeration Products uses eWay for online credit card transactions. eWay processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian and New Zealand merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWay gateway are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.  Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Carroll Refrigeration Products or any outside party.  All transactions are done using TLS Certificate.  All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWays bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.  eWay at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Carroll Refrigeration Products.

Carroll Refrigeration Products Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the sale of Goods by Rumagra Pty Ltd (ACN 109 995 575) ATF Ruby Trust (ABN 91 694 767 134) Trading as Carroll Refrigeration Products to the purchaser.  These terms represent the entire agreement between Carroll Refrigeration Products and the Purchaser.  When the Purchaser places a request for equipment from Carroll Refrigeration Products, makes any payment, accepts delivery of equipment and / or complies with these terms, the Purchaser is taken to have accepted them.


All prices on the website are shown as excluding GST.  Prices on the website are subject to change without notice.  We do our best to ensure all pricing, description and details are correct on the website.  However, errors may occur.  If we notice an error in the price, description or details of goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to re-order at the correct price or you can choose to cancel your order.  If you have already paid for the goods and you wish to cancel because of incorrect pricing, description or details you will receive a full refund.

Payment policy

Before goods can be delivered Carroll Refrigeration Products require pre-payment unless account arrangements have been pre-arranged. Payment can be made using credit card on the website or EFT details as per our invoice. For all credit card payments made via the website use PayPal and those done by phone use Square.If paying by cheque goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared with the bank.

Where an account has been pre-arranged, goods supplied by Carroll Refrigeration Products remain the property of Carroll Refrigeration Products until paid in full.

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that payments made by credit card incur a surcharge of 2.5% of the total amount payable (including GST) to Carroll Refrigeration Products should Carroll Refrigeration Products choose to charge it to the customer invoice

The Purchases acknowledges and agrees that payments made by Paypal incur a surcharge of 2.5% of the total amount including GST to Carroll Refrigeration Products.

EFT Payments paid direct to Carroll Refrigeration Products bank account will not incur any surcharge.


Carroll Refrigeration Products goods are ordered from suppliers at the request of our customers. Warehouse stocks may vary and not all items are stocked at all times.  If there is a delay in being able to supply your purchase Carroll Refrigeration Products will contact you as soon as possible (within 3 workings days) to give you the opportunity to wait for the next delivery or cancel your order.  If you have paid for the order and want to cancel, a full refund will be re-paid to you. 

Acceptance of Sale

Placing an official order with Carroll Refrigeration Products implies that you as the purchaser agree to all our terms and conditions.  You also agree you understand the warranty conditions including maintenance and placement for sufficient ventilation as suppliers may not provide warranty if these conditions are not met. Please contact us directly if you have any further enquires info@carrollre.com.au before ordering any goods.


Carroll Refrigeration Products goods are ordered from suppliers at the request of our customers.  The customer is responsible to ensure the goods meet their requirements and will fit through doorways etc.

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds for incorrectly ordered goods or change of mind.


Carroll Refrigeration Products deliver goods purchased and paid for on our website only.  Carroll Refrigeration Products works with our suppliers to be competitively priced on delivery of our goods.  Delivery is via our preferred courier, depending on the area.  Prices quoted are for deliveryto a residential or business address.  All deliveries are to be at street level, loading dock or kerb side only.  Extra delivery charges apply if stairs or lifts are involved or there are special requirement of any kind.  If extra charges are not paid for in advance delivery may be refused by the driver and the Purchaser will be required to arrange re-delivery and pay the appropriate extra fees.

The purchaser is responsible to employ the services of a plumber or electrician for any connections required.  The purchaser is also responsible for any costs for alternations required to the premises to allow delivery.

Delivery time is always an estimate only.  Carroll Refrigeration Products is not liable to the purchaser for any damage or loss (of any kind) the purchaser suffers as a result of late delivery.  The purchaser must still accept delivery even if Carroll Refrigeration Products delivers late.

Delivery quoted is based on delivery being made during normal business hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Public Holidays excluded.

The following location conditions must be met for delivery to take place:

  1. Someone is available to sign for delivery of goods
  2. Flat and level surface
  3. Goods must fit through door opening
  4. No stairs/lifts required for delivery
  5. No alterations to premises required to allow delivery to happen


If above conditions are not met the driver may refuse delivery and the purchaser shall be liable for any additional re-delivery fe

The Purchaser must accept delivery of purchases within a reasonable period of time from the date of payment.  Reasonable time is considered a maximum of 1 month after the equipment is ready for delivery.

Warehouse stock varies and not all stock may be available at all times.   We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if stock is not available and when we expect we can make delivery. 

Expected Delivery time frames:

Delivery timeframes depend on stocks available in WA at the time order.  As a general rule the below times apply.  We will contact you at the time of order to confirm delivery schedule.

Perth Metro Area      2-9 business days depending on the Brand

Regional WA             We will contact you to confirm delivery at time of purchase.

Orders are packed in boxes or crates and delivery insurance is available on request.  If goods arrive damaged you must let us know with 24 hours of delivery by email.  Please include photos to info@carrollre.com.au For a speedy response, documentation and photos will be required by the manufacturer and/or freight delivery company.


Warranty is carried by the manufacturer.  Warranty is generally 12 months but some manufactures offer longer warranty periods.  The warranty period is noted in the specifications.For the most efficient repair service call the manufacturer direct during the warranty period.

Warranty is honoured if the purchase is used under normal conditions and maintenance is carried out in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.  Adequate ventilation around purchases is required to prevent overheating, malfunction or under performance of the purchase.  Overheating causes possible compressor failure. 

Failure to use the purchase according to manufacturer’s instructions will void the warranty.

The Purchaser agrees Carroll Refrigeration Products shall not be liable, for any loss arising from use of the equipment which is not authorised by Carroll Refrigeration Products or the manufacturer.

Extended Warranty

If extended warranty has been purchased, contact the insurer direct after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.  The details of the insurer are included in your documentation at time of purchase.

Carroll Refrigeration Products value and appreciate our customers so will assist with any warranty claims wherever possible.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law in force in the State of Western Australia.  Carroll Refrigeration Products and the Purchaser are governed by the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
